Background:

- The National Marrow Donor Program and the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research databases store data on individuals who have donated or received bone marrow or stem cells for transplant procedures. These data centers store this information for future research purposes. Individuals who originally signed consents to allow this information to be used by researchers may need to re-sign consents once the original consent period has expired.

Objectives:

- To provide consent for information on bone marrow and stem cell donation and/or receipt to be used by researchers.

Eligibility:

- Individuals who previously provided consent for stem cell donation/receipt.

Design:

- Participants will either agree or not agree to allow their information to be stored in the National Marrow Donor Program and the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research databases for future research purposes.

- No additional treatment or testing will be given as part of this consent.

Eligibility

INCLUSION CRITERIA:

1. All autologous and allogeneic transplant recipients and their related donors who

-have participated on an NHLBI stem cell transplant protocol

or

-are being evaluated for enrollment in an NHLBI HB stem cell transplant protocol

2. ages 2-99 (donors)

or

ages 8-99 (recipients)
