Background:

The Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research (CIBMTR ) keeps a research database. It uses this database to collect and study the medical data of people who have had a transplant or other cellular therapy. It also collects and studies data from donors who give bone marrow or peripheral blood stem cells (PBSCs). These therapies are used to treat cancer and other diseases. Researchers want to add more data to the database.

Objective:

To gather data that can be used to study transplants and other cellular therapies in order to find ways to make them work better

Eligibility:

Adults and children who have gotten or will be getting cellular therapy or a bone marrow, PBSC, or cord blood transplant

Design:

Medical data about the participant s disease and treatment will be sent to the CIBMTR. This data will be sent by the participant s doctor before and after the participant s procedure. The doctor will then send data once a year for the rest of the participant s life.

The data will be used in research studies. The data may be shared with groups outside the CIBMTR. All studies that use this data must first be approved by the CIBMTR. The data that is shared will not include details that could identify the participant.

Eligibility

NIH SPECIFIC INCLUSION CRITERIA:

The sponsor s protocol allows for children of any age. However, children younger than 1 year of age are excluded given that it is unlikely for children of that age to be enrolled on an NCI cellular therapy protocol. Additionally, participants who have enrolled on an NCI cellular therapy protocol and are intended to receive cellular therapy, or where co-enrollment on this protocol is required for enrollment and/or treatment on an NCI cellular therapy protocol.
